Allie attended 'Camp Can I Cook' @ Young Chef's Academy in July. She LOVED it! The theme was 'Across America' and they prepared cuisine from all regions of the USA! Deep dish pizza, Philly Cheesteaks, and more!! Allie's favorite recipe was the Mississippi Mud Pie. Each day, they ate what they cooked for lunch and snack...so I'm not sure how much she actually ate (stuffed peppers were not her favorite!) The chefs also participated in 2 yoga classes (Allie does a mean 'downward facing dog' and 'camel'). The camp also included a behind-the-scenes tour @ a local grocery store. The chefs learned how to carve fruits and vegetables into flowers. Allie had a lot of fun and has been helping me 'cook' every day since!
