Halloween is still 6 days away but my children have already had more costume changes than Madonna during one of her concerts! I love October and my kids love to dress-up so it's all good!
We started out at the Dunwoody Nature Center for the 'Enchanted Forest'. It's a night event which includes a flashlight-led nature hike, games, and toasting marshmallows! (Allie - Ballerina, Ryan - Evil Spiderman)

This past weekend, we went to our local outdoor mall (The Avenue) and the kids Trick-or-Treated from store to store. Allie and Ryan both left with their baskets filled to the top with candy and other treats. (Allie - Jasmine, Ryan - Clone Captain Rex...these are their 'real' costumes for this year.)
Our 2nd stop this weekend was Boo @ the Zoo at Zoo Atlanta. I think this is my favorite Halloween activity with the kids! The zoo turns into 'Zoo Bootown' and the kids collect candy and treats as they walk down the main row. At the end, they have jumpy castles, characters, a DJ, and food. (Same costumes as above since we were crazy enough to do both events in one day!)

Today was the Cobb Moms Family Halloween Party at East Cobb Park. The weather was PERFECT and everyone brought lots of yummy food and treats! All of the kids looked adorable in their costumes! We even took a pretty successful group photo! Parties with this group are ALWAYS fun. (Allie - Ballerina Princess, Ryan - Red Power Ranger)

I've uploaded a slideshow on the side-bar to chronicle all of our Halloween fun and costume changes :). Coming Soon: Halloween Playdate, School parties...oh and the actual Trick-or-Treating on the 31st!
