Tears of Joy

I decided that it was time to introduce Allie (and Ryan) to one of my childhood favorites, Annie. When I was a young girl (many, many, many years ago), I would stand in front of the fireplace and belt out 'Tomorrow' over and over again. Between that and my mediocre dance skills in my ballet recitals, my parents realized early on that I was not destined for a future in the arts! :) That's ok, the math and science thing worked out alright!

Allie LOVED the movie. At the end, she was crying and it sort of shocked me. I asked her why she was crying. Her response: 'I just love a happy ending!'. How sweet!

Later on, she told me, 'Mommy, I love that Little MORPHIN Annie and she really loves Mr. Bucks!'. I think we've found a new favorite!!
