On April 1st, we registered Allie for Kindergarten at Mt. Bethel Elementary School. She will be a Mt. Bethel Buccaneer! Today we brought Allie to the school for a Kindergarten Orientation. We watched the current Kindergarten classes perform songs and we toured the school. Allie walked the lunch-line in the cafeteria, sat on a school bus, visited a classroom and the playground, and enjoyed a snack of juice and cookies.
Allie is very excited about going to Kindergarten next year but I could tell that she was a little nervous when we arrived at school. She will have a few familiar faces at school and there will be 4 of our neighbors at the bus-stop. We go back to school on August 6th for the Meet & Greet with her teacher. School starts August 10th!!!
