Christmas 2009

I cannot believe it's Christmas Day! It seems like we prep and prepare for months, and it's all over in 15 crazy-wrapping paper-ripping minutes!  Santa was VERY good to Allie & Ryan this year. (This has not stopped us from telling them that the new year starts TODAY and that they must still be good as Santa is ALWAYS watching!!).

We had a mellow Christmas Eve at home.

Ryan woke up at 6:08 on Christmas morning. We told him that he had to go back to his bed for a few minutes. He lasted about 10 minutes and then he woke Allie! We were downstairs opening presents by 6:30 and we were pretty much done by 7:00! Allie declared this 'The best Christmas EVER!'  It is so much fun watching the kids during this time of  year.  Pure joy!

It is now 5:30pm and we are all pretty tired! We don't have much time to recuperate as we are hitting the road tomorrow. Going to see Mickey and the crew (and Nana & Papa too) in Orlando!
