Fall in Hilton Head

The calendar may read 'November' but that does not mean that it's the end of beach season! With no school on Friday, we decided to drive down to Hilton Head for a few days. We had AMAZING weather...70s and sunny all day Friday and Saturday. Allie and Ryan had a blast playing in the sand. Allie (aka 'the fish') jumped right into the ocean. Now, the air temps may have been in the 70s, but the water was COLD! Allie was unphased...while Ryan chose to stay on the sand! We stuck around on Saturday for the Cajun Festival at The Salty Dog. Our favorite, Cappy the Clown, made balloon flowers and a balloon spiderman (almost the size of Ryan) for the kids. We hated to leave but we returned to a BEAUTIFUL fall day in Atlanta. This is definitley my favorite time of year.

We have a busy week ahead of us...preparing for Allie's 5th birthday, a visit from Nana & Papa, as well as Allie's party!!!
