Little Miss School Spirit

Mt. Bethel is having a 'fun run' next week to raise money for the school. The students will raise money by running laps for pledges. This week, the school held a pep-rally and they are handing out prizes for the pledges earned. The actual fun-run will occur on September 2nd.

Thanks to the generosity of our friends and family, Allie has already earned a frisbee, bracelet, and a sports-pak. She LOVES the accessories, as you can see from how she went to sleep on Tuesday night.

Since we have a dumpster (for the deck work), we decided to clean out the garage this weekend. Neil was hosing down some things...which turned into hosing down the kids. We also tried out the water balloons...but Allie & Ryan have very poor aim. Most didn't burst until they hit the ground! What a fun way to stay cool on a warm, sunny day!

Ryan started in the 4yo class @ Mt. Zion this week. He will be in school Tues-Fri with Mrs. Ellis & Mrs. Nitz.

Feeling the love

Ryan has enjoyed over a week of having Mommy all to himself all day! The other day he said 'Mommy, I love spending all the long days with you'. I'm going to miss my little buddy when he starts preshool.

Last night, Allie spread her arms and said 'Mommy, I love you THIS much. Wow, that is a lot of love!'

I am so lucky to be a Mommy!
